Pelvic health physical therapist Melissa Brandon

Welcome, I’m Melissa

My own healing journey is what led me here.

For years, I lived with chronic pelvic pain that touched every part of my life - from a tailbone injury to bladder dysfunction, pain with sex, and persistent low back pain. There were times when I couldn’t sit for more than 10 minutes without pain, I was always scanning for bathrooms when out in public, and I became anxious thinking about intimacy. I worked hard to try to manage it on my own and had times where I thought I’d just have to live with it.

It wasn’t until I asked for help - real, whole-person care that looked at my body as a complete system - that things truly shifted. Through pelvic health therapy, movement, and support, I found my way back to my body. I learned to trust it again, to move with confidence, and to feel vibrant and strong in ways I never imagined possible. I was home.

Now, it’s my privilege to walk alongside other women just like you on their healing journeys. Blending my background in orthopedics, pelvic health, yoga, and Pilates, I offer integrative care that helps you reconnect with your body, reclaim your confidence, and radiate vitality through each and every stage of life.

You don’t have to do this alone. Let’s do it together.

  • Pelvic Health

Symptoms like pain with intimacy, leaking, or persistent pelvic discomfort are common, but they’re not normal, and you don’t have to push through them. I provide care that prioritizes your experience and helps you reconnect with your body in a way that feels safe, supportive, and empowering.

  • Perinatal Care

Pregnancy and postpartum are seasons of immense change, often layered with unspoken challenges that can feel heavy beneath the surface. I’ll support you through it all with evidence-based guidance, hands-on care, and space to process what’s coming up - physically, emotionally, and mentally - so you feel informed, supported, and not alone.

  • Birth Prep

Birth is unpredictable, but your sense of confidence and connection doesn’t have to be. This support is all about helping you understand your body, trust your instincts, and feel grounded - so you can move toward birth with clarity, calm, and a deeper sense of readiness.

  • Perimenopause and Menopause Support

This phase of life isn’t a decline, it’s a transformation. With support that honors your changing body and evolving needs, you’ll feel strong, steady, and deeply connected to yourself again.

Roadmap to Radiance: A Three-Phase Healing Journey

Each person and every body tells a different story, and your healing journey is entirely your own. Let these phases offer a gentle roadmap while knowing that your care will be tailored to meet you where you are now, honoring your current needs and goals, and uplifting the life that you are creating.

Reconnect → Reclaim → Radiate

  • RECONNECT

Phase one releases tension through myofascial release, breathwork, yoga, and mindful movement. You’ll tune into your body, build confidence, and reconnect with your breath, pelvic floor, and natural rhythms—laying the foundation for strength, alignment, and healing.

  • RECLAIM

In this phase, you reclaim pelvic health with targeted strength training, Pilates-inspired core work, therapeutic yoga, and functional movement. As stability builds, you’ll deepen self-trust and empowerment through movement and honest dialogue around intimacy and self-care.

  • RADIATE

This final phase integrates your growth—nurturing resilience, confidence, and sustainable self-care. You'll receive personalized progressions and ongoing support to maintain strength and vitality, helping you return to daily life with energy and a sense of wholeness.
