Birth is a big event - physically, mentally, emotionally. And while you can’t plan every moment, you can prepare in a way that helps you to feel confident, connected, and calm in your own body.
I want you to walk into this experience feeling like you have the tools, knowledge, and support that’s entirely your own.

The Birth Prep Package includes 3 visits with me during late second trimester or early third trimester (weeks 24-32)
Visit 1: We work together to educate you on the process of birth and help you develop more understanding around the process your body goes through as your baby comes into the world.
Visit 2: Together we review therapeutic movements to support pelvic mobility for a smooth labor progression and develop a tailored strength routine to help your body prepare for labor, be resilient through labor, and build strength back postpartum.
Visit 3: For this session, I recommend you bring your partner or a support person so that I can show you pain relief techniques and birth positions to practice so that you can build muscle memory for the day you labor.
Added Bonus! A FREE postpartum check in visit. No matter what, this visit should be a standard of care, covered service for every birthing parent. This is why it’s free. At this visit we’ll determine the best course of action to ensure you are supported during your fourth trimester. Prioritizing postpartum healing can be difficult as your life shifts and you have more responsibilities/demands, but I am here to help you manage this and thrive. This session can be done either in-person at my clinic or virtually.

RECONNECT
Phase one releases tension through myofascial release, breathwork, yoga, and mindful movement. You’ll tune into your body, build confidence, and reconnect with your breath, pelvic floor, and natural rhythms—laying the foundation for strength, alignment, and healing.

RECLAIM
In this phase, you reclaim pelvic health with targeted strength training, Pilates-inspired core work, therapeutic yoga, and functional movement. As stability builds, you’ll deepen self-trust and empowerment through movement and honest dialogue around intimacy and self-care.

This final phase integrates your growth—nurturing resilience, confidence, and sustainable self-care. You'll receive personalized progressions and ongoing support to maintain strength and vitality, helping you return to daily life with energy and a sense of wholeness.
