Perinatal Care
You’re growing a whole human - and may still be expecting yourself to carry everything else too.
I hear all the time from clients that they feel like from the outside, they are handling it all. But on the inside, they’re navigating a million different questions (and a million different google searches).
Is this normal? Why does no one talk about this part? When will I feel like myself again?
Whether you’re preparing for birth or recovering afterwards, this time is tender - full of change, unknowns, and sometimes the pressure to “bounce back.” But you don’t need to navigate it alone. Lots of attention will go to the baby and I’m here to center my focus on you.
You might be feeling:
Aches, discomfort, or pressure that’s been brushed off as “just pregnancy”
Uncertain of how to move or exercise safely during this time
A disconnect from your body postpartum
Leaking, heaviness, or pain that lingers after birth
Frustration that your needs feel invisible in the transition to motherhood
A deep desire to feel good in your body - strong, capable, and supported
Supporting the mother, not just the birth.
I deeply believe that your experience as a mother - as a person - matters deeply. My approach is about honoring your unique pregnancy, birth, and recovery story and building a plan that supports your body, mind, and nervous system.
You deserve to feel cared for too.
This season of life asks so much of you. Let this be a place where you can receive, rest, and rebuild.
Let’s walk this together.
This isn’t about getting “back” to anything, it’s about moving forward - with strength, knowledge, and a sense of connection.
Using evidence-based education, hands-on physical therapy, and movement strategies for each stage of early motherhood, I’m here to not only help you feel better, but thrive in this new chapter.
Care may include:
Prenatal pelvic floor assessment and education related to breathing and labor
Support for managing pelvic girdle pain, SI joint discomfort, and posture changes
Postpartum recovery care, including scar tissue management and core rehabilitation for diastasis recti and rib flare
Guidance on return to movement, fitness, and activities of daily living
A compassionate space to share and process your birth experience
Support that centers you - your healing, your strength, your wellbeing
Roadmap to Radiance: A Three-Phase Healing Journey
Each person and every body tells a different story, and your healing journey is entirely your own. Let these phases offer a gentle roadmap while knowing that your care will be tailored to meet you where you are now, honoring your current needs and goals, and uplifting the life that you are creating.
Reconnect → Reclaim → Radiate
-
RECONNECT
Phase one releases tension through myofascial release, breathwork, yoga, and mindful movement. You’ll tune into your body, build confidence, and reconnect with your breath, pelvic floor, and natural rhythms—laying the foundation for strength, alignment, and healing.
-
RECLAIM
In this phase, you reclaim pelvic health with targeted strength training, Pilates-inspired core work, therapeutic yoga, and functional movement. As stability builds, you’ll deepen self-trust and empowerment through movement and honest dialogue around intimacy and self-care.
-
RADIATE
This final phase integrates your growth—nurturing resilience, confidence, and sustainable self-care. You'll receive personalized progressions and ongoing support to maintain strength and vitality, helping you return to daily life with energy and a sense of wholeness.
