I am considered a fee-for-service provider, which means you pay up front for the services provided. I accept checks, Venmo, and credit or debit cards. You then may elect to submit a claim to your insurance company for reimbursement. See below.

Yes, you can use your FSA or HSA to pay for physical therapy appointments as long as the treatment is considered medically necessary. I recommend checking with your provider to confirm your plan's coverage. If needed, I’m happy to provide an itemized receipt or superbill for reimbursement. Be sure to keep a copy of your receipt for your records in case your FSA/HSA provider or the IRS requests documentation.

Potentially, if you have out-of-network benefits. Typically, PPO plans reimburse up to 80%. I can provide you with a detailed receipt (called a superbill) that you may submit to your insurance company for potential out-of-network reimbursement. I always recommend you check with your insurance provider to understand your out-of-network benefits before starting care.
